Appellant, Cleveland Clinic Foundation (the "Clinic"), appeals the decision of the trial court granting appellee Toya Lee Giles's motion for summary judgment determining that R.C. 4123.93 was unconstitutional as a violation of the Equal Protection Clause of the Ohio and United States Constitutions.
