The debtor, Donald Nangle, filed a petition under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code on February 17, 2000. On March 31, 2000, Patricia Siemer commenced an adversary proceeding against Nangle, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6) and (a)(7), asking that Nangle's debts to her be determined to be nondischargeable.
