The court of appeals in this case determined that it lacked jurisdiction to review a "Forced Medication Order" that had been issued by the trial court in an effort to restore appellant's competency to stand trial. The court of appeals dismissed appellant's appeal from that order, deciding that it was not final and appealable under R.C. 2505.02.
