MAURICE AMIDEI, Justice (Assigned).

Keith Joseph James appeals his jury conviction for burglary of a habitation. The trial court assessed his punishment at 50 years' imprisonment, enhanced by two prior felony convictions. In one point of error, appellant contends the evidence is legally and factually insufficient to support his conviction. We affirm.
