This case arises out of an elevator accident in Arcadia, Wisconsin, on July 8, 1996. The plaintiffs, Rhonda and Randy Neff, allege that David Schiesl was among those responsible for the accident in which Rhonda Neff suffered injuries. The Neffs contend that American Family Mutual Insurance Company (American Family) must provide liability insurance coverage to Schiesl under a renter's policy...
