PELLEGRINO, J.

The defendants Chris L. Johnson and Corrine J. Johnson1 appeal from a judgment of strict foreclosure of common assessment liens levied against their condominium unit by the plaintiff, South End Plaza Association, Inc. On appeal, the defendants claim that the plaintiff did not properly adopt and ratify the outstanding assessments pursuant to General Statutes § 47-245 (c)2
