The debtors in this Chapter 11 case have filed an application to retain bankruptcy counsel and to pay the firm a post-petition retainer of $15,000. A limited objection was filed by the Office of the United States Trustee. The United States Trustee contends that prior to the allowance of a post-petition retainer a hearing must be held at which counsel must demonstrate that he has met the test established...
