MARGARET GARNER MIRABAL, Justice.

A jury found Wendall Leon Phillips guilty of robbery and assessed punishment at 20 years confinement plus a $10,000 fine. Further, the trial court revoked appellant's community supervision, which had been granted for the offense of theft from person, and assessed punishment at two years confinement.
