OPINION OF THE COURT

Per Curiam.

Stephen D. Siegfried has submitted an affidavit, dated November 14, 2000, wherein he tenders his resignation as an attorney and counselor-at-law (see, 22 NYCRR 691.9). Mr. Siegfried was admitted to the practice of law at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on June 29, 1964, under the name Stephen David Siegfried.
