Cynthia Harris Jenkins and George Jenkins ("the Jenkinses") and Nissan Car Mart, Inc., a retail automobile dealer, entered into an agreement to settle the Jenkinses' civil suit against Nissan Car Mart. Pursuant to this agreement, Nissan Car Mart was required to pay $20,000 to the Jenkinses in exchange for their termination of legal action against the dealer. Nissan Car Mart failed to pay the settlement amount despite being ordered by the Circuit Court...
