Dina Matlin appeals from an order granting the City of Sheboygan's motion to dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction to hold a hearing on raze orders issued by the City. We determine that the requirement of WIS. STAT. § 66.0413(1)(h) (1999-2000)1 to hold a hearing within twenty days of her application is directory, and therefore the failure to hold the hearing...
