MEMORANDUM

JOYNER, District Judge.

This is an employment discrimination case brought by Plaintiff Raymond C. Davies, Jr. ("Plaintiff") against Defendants Polyscience, Inc. ("Polyscience") and Polyscience's Vice President Barry Konet ("Konet"). In his Complaint, Plaintiff alleges that Defendants failed to accommodate his disability and retaliated against him in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12101, et seq.
