CASTILLO, Justice.

Alex Sander Martins was convicted by a jury of the offense of indecent exposure and sentenced to six months confinement and a fine of $500.00. The confinement portion of the sentence was suspended and he was placed on community supervision for two years. From this conviction, Martins appeals.
