Green Coal Company, Inc. has petitioned for review of an opinion of the Workers' Compensation Board entered on August 2, 2000. The Board affirmed the decision of the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ), who granted Patrick Riley retraining incentive benefits, due to his contracting category 1/0 or 1/11 coal workers' pneumoconiosis.
