Per Curiam.

John F. Corrigan has submitted an affidavit, dated November 9, 2000, wherein he tenders his resignation as an attorney and counselor-at-law (see, 22 NYCRR 691.9). Mr. Corrigan was admitted to the practice of law at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the First Judicial Department on February 25, 1974.
