OPINION

MIRABAL, Justice.

A jury convicted appellant, J. Ysidro Alvarado Gomez, of driving while intoxicated.1 During the sentencing phase of the trial, appellant pled true to a prior conviction for DWI. In conformance with an agreement between the parties regarding punishment, the trial court assessed punishment at 175 days in jail and a $1500 fine. We affirm.
