This case involves the application of the Louisiana Oilfield Anti-Indemnity Act (the "Act") to an agreement between Ensco Offshore Company and Centin LLC for repairs on a dismantled fixed platform rig. The district court denied Ensco's motion for summary judgment and granted summary judgment in favor of Centin.
