On January 14, 2000, John Walter Trala ("Trala") was charged by indictment with robbery while armed, conspiracy, and using a firearm during a crime of violence in connection with the robbery of a bank in Bear, Delaware. At a location outside of the bank, a black ski mask and red jacket were collected by the FBI and sent to the FBI laboratories...
