PER CURIAM:

On November 8, 1999, appellant Ivan Nikolov was arrested by secret service agents on suspicion of involvement in a conspiracy to pass counterfeit American dollars. The Government subsequently learned that Nikolov had previously been deported, and had reentered the United States illegally in May of 1999.
