ORDER OVERRULING OBJECTION TO PLAN

THIS CAUSE is before the Court upon the objection to the debtor's chapter 13 plan, filed on March 9, 2001, and amended on March 22, 2001.
The debtor, disabled and raising three teenage children, purchased a 1999 Hyundai Elantra on October 8, 1999. On that same date, as required by the financing agreement with Hyundai, she purchased automobile insurance.
