Before the Court is Defendant's Motion to Dismiss Information and/or for Reassignment of Case for Violations of Title 18 Section 137 and for Abuse of Discretion in the Assignment of Cases by Chief Judge.1 In this motion, Defendant, through counsel Adalina de Jesus Morales, levels grave charges against the Court.
