Plaintiff Regency Motors, Inc. filed this adversary proceeding to determine the dischargeability of a debt incurred from the sale of an automobile. Regency asserted that Debtors James and Shirley Barnes committed fraud when they sold the vehicle to Regency by failing to disclose the existence of a prior lienholder.
