This is a restricted appeal from a judgment in favor of Louis Gatpandan and Zenaida Gatpandan, appellees.

Danny Hilal, appellant, answered appellees' suit but did not appear at trial.

Appellant's appeal is based on two issues: (1) whether he was given proper notice of the trial setting, and (2) whether an agreement was unenforceable because it did not comply with rule 11 of the Texas Rules of Civil...
