The defendants, Raymond A. Bartomeli, Jr. (Raymond), and the Bartomeli Company, Inc. (company), appeal from the judgment rendered in favor of the plaintiff, Thomas E. Bartomeli, Sr. (Thomas), after a trial to the court. On appeal, the defendants claim that the court improperly (1) concluded that the company was liable in contract, (2) concluded that Raymond had breached a partnership contract and (3) awarded damages.
