OPINION

PER CURIAM.

The superior court granted summary judgment to Matanuska Electric Association (MEA) in Clayton Petranovich's personal injury action against MEA. Petranovich argues on appeal that the superior court erred in concluding that there was no issue of material fact on the question of MEA's retained control. We review his claim de novo1 and will affirm if there are no genuine issues of material fact
