Kelly Trickler appeals the judgment and sentence entered after a jury found him guilty of possession of a stolen credit card and being a felon in possession of a firearm. He contends the trial court erred when it would not allow him to plead guilty to the stolen property count and proceed to trial on only the weapon charge. He also claims the trial court abused its discretion regarding certain evidentiary issues...
