SPAIN, J.

Defendant was indicted and charged with burglary in the second degree, grand larceny in the fourth degree, criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree and criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree. In June 2000, while represented by counsel, defendant entered a plea of guilty to burglary in the second degree in full satisfaction of the indictment upon the understanding that he would be sentenced...
