Willie Simpson appeals from an order affirming a decision of the Division of Hearings and Appeals (DHA) to revoke Simpson's probation. DHA made its decision after finding that Simpson had violated conditions of his probation by having sexual contact with LeAnn H., a six-year-old girl.
