Mary Lou Miro appeals from a judgment, entered following a jury verdict, that she take nothing in her claim against David L. Garner for damages to the apartment which he was leasing from her. With respect to a counterclaim brought by Garner, the judgment awarded damages in his favor based upon jury findings that Miro retained some of his security deposit in bad faith.
