In this prisoner's civil rights case, plaintiff pro se Patrick Nelson wrote a series of letters to the Assistant Attorney General previously assigned to this case. The letters were sexually graphic, threatening in tone, and completely inappropriate. In view of these letters, I issued an order on April 5, 2001, directing Nelson to show cause why this case...
