Plymale of Columbus, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0033032, with two counts of professional misconduct. Each count charged respondent with a violation of DR 3-102(A) (sharing a legal fee with a nonlawyer). Respondent is the principal of the law firm Plymale & Associates ("the firm").
