[¶ 1] Appellant, Rudy Hernandez, appeals from the judgment and sentence of the district court finding him guilty of violating Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 35-7-1031(a)(i) (LexisNexis 2001), read in conjunction with § 35-7-1016(b)(iv) (LexisNexis 2001), delivery of "crack" cocaine on November 23, 1997.
