The matter before the Court is an adversary proceeding brought by the Chapter 11 Trustee (the "Trustee") for Cotsibas Agency, Inc., against George Cotsibas (the "Debtor"), a former principal of the Cotsibas Agency, Inc., and the Debtor in this Chapter 7 case.
