Larimer, Chief Judge) in favor of Xerox Corporation ("Xerox") and The Retirement Income Guarantee Plan (the "Plan") dismissing Layaou's claim for additional benefits under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act ("ERISA"), 29 U.S.C.
