Defendant was charged with delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, and delivery of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school. He pleaded not guilty to all three charges and waived a jury trial. At trial, the state produced evidence that defendant sold methamphetamine from his house and that police had found at his house two packages of methamphetamine, scales, and packing materials.
