Rand, a shareholder in CBS Corporation, the successor to Westinghouse Electric Corporation, from an order entered on October 19, 2000, awarding plaintiff Daniel Mogell attorney's fees of $582,443.44 out of the $750,000 requested in this derivative litigation upon its settlement.
