After a jury verdict against it, plaintiff Travel Center seeks post-trial relief under Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 50 and 59, arguing that the evidence at trial supports only one conclusion as to both plaintiff's breach of contract and Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act (CUTPA) claim, and in the alternative that error in the jury instructions entitles it to a new trial.
