OPINION

BARKER, Judge.

¶ 1 Adam P., a juvenile, appeals from the juvenile court's adjudication entered on January 17, 2001 and the disposition entered on March 14, 2001. The juvenile filed a timely notice of appeal on March 23, 2001.

¶ 2 The issue presented in this opinion1 is whether a golf cart is a "means of transportation" under Arizona Revised Statutes ("A.R.S.") section 13-1814 (1999).
