VANCE, Justice.

Nathaniel Ward was sentenced to forty-five years in prison after a jury trial for aggravated robbery. Three eyewitnesses identified him as the robber. However, a fourth eyewitness identified someone else, and four co-workers testified that Ward was at work on the day of the robbery.
