¶ 1. DEININGER, J.

Shomari Robinson appeals a judgment convicting him of second-degree sexual assault of a child, and an order denying postconviction relief. He claims that his plea agreement with the State was breached when he was prevented from presenting certain evidence at his sentencing hearing, and, alternatively, that the trial court erred in not allowing the evidence. We reject both arguments and affirm.
