Movant, Charles C. Leadingham, was admitted to the practice of law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky on October 30, 1987. On November 18, 2000, the Inquiry Commission issued a two-count charge against Movant regarding his representation of a client in her divorce case in the Boyd Circuit Court.
