Appellant ("Patir") sought damages for breach of contract relating to a commission agreement with appellee ("MFC"). MFC counterclaimed for damages relating to Patir's breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty. The jury awarded damages and attorney's fees to both parties, and the trial judge entered a judgment in conformity with the jury's verdict.
