This tax case presents Royal Production Company's (appellant) appeal from the trial court's Order of Dismissal granting San Jacinto County Appraisal District and San Jacinto County Appraisal Review Board's Plea to the Jurisdiction and Motion to Dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
