The State charged appellant Gregory Neal Leonard with the murder and robbery of Tony Antee. The State sought the death penalty for the murder. The case proceeded to a jury trial. Leonard's first and second trials resulted in mistrials. His third trial resulted in his conviction for first degree murder and robbery.
