Gramercy Insurance Company (Gramercy) appeals the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Auction Finance Program, Inc. (Auction Finance) and the trial court's denial of Gramercy's motion for summary judgment against Auction Finance. Gramercy presents five issues for review.
