Plaintiffs and defendants sought to quiet title to the Pete Mann Ditch.1 Plaintiffs appealed from a judgment that dismissed their claims and defendants' counterclaims. We review de novo, ORS 105.605; ORS 19.415(3); Nedry v. Morgan, 284 Or. 65, 67 n. 1, 584 P.2d 1381 (1978), and affirm.2
