INTRODUCTION

The issue before the Court is whether Logitech, Inc. may successfully invoke § 365(n) of the Bankruptcy Code to enforce a license in scanner technology. Although Logitech contracted prepetition for the right to the license upon default on the debtor's payment obligation, Logitech's rights under the agreement were frozen when Storm Technology, Inc. filed its bankruptcy petition....
