Raymond H. Lancaster appeals from his convictions for conspiracy and wire fraud, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 371 & 1343, based on guilty pleas before Judge Keenan. The appeal raises two issues: whether the district court properly denied appellant's motion to withdraw his guilty plea and whether it erred in imposing a two-level sentencing enhancement for obstruction of justice based on an allegedly perjurious affidavit.
