Michael Johnson appeals from a judgment convicting him of possession of cocaine and possession of cocaine with intent to deliver. He also appeals from an order denying his postconviction motion to set aside the jury's verdict and vacate the judgment. He argues that a conviction on both charges violated the double jeopardy clauses of the state and federal constitutions. He also argues that there was insufficient evidence to support the jury verdict...
