OPINION

Opinion by Justice GRANT.

This case is a companion case to 06-00-00070-CV, Roberts v. Williamson, 52 S.W.3d 343 (Tex.App.-Texarkana 2001). In this appeal, Lainie and Casey Williamson, Individually and as Next Friends of Courtnie Williamson (Williamsons) contend that because they were the successful party at trial, the court erred by requiring them to pay one half of Courtnie's guardian ad litem fees.
